A CuNiCe-O nanocomposite was fabricated on the Cu40Ni20Al10Ce26Pt3Ru1 metallic glass (MG) ribbon surface by dealloying. The influences of Ni and dealloying time morphology EOR performance were analyzed. results suggest that catalytic activity stability dealloyed MG could be significantly enhanced owing to alloying Cu60Al10Ce26Pt3Ru1 precursor. activated D-Cu40Ni20Al10Ce26Pt3Ru1 obtained at an etching 3 h had a better electrochemical ethanol oxidation reaction (EOR) than other samples due formation abundant active sites presence defects within composite.
