Purpose
Flooding
is
China’s
most
frequent

catastrophic
natural

Abstract
Water
resource
carrying
capacity
is
an
important
indicator
for
measuring
sustainable
development.
Given
the
rapid
economic
and
social
development
in
China
today,
coordinating

water
resources,
socio-economy,
eco-environment

Gansu

River
mainstream
basin
(GWRB)

case

three-dimensional
WRCC
evaluation
