The rational selection of subway station locations is an interdisciplinary problem encompassing architecture, transportation, and other fields. Few evaluation index systems quantitative methods exist for choosing locations; thus, this paper establishes a novel framework. Overall, 21 indicators covering the construction operation phases are selected by literature review, providing basis planning decision makers. Projection Pursuit Method (PPM) Bald Eagle Search (BES) algorithm employed to assign objective weights. Continuous Ordered Weighted Averaging (COWA) operator utilized obtain subjective A combination weighting method used based on game theory improve accuracy weight calculation. Game extension cloud applied develop improved model evaluate suitability optimal entropy. Purpose Flooding is China’s most frequent and catastrophic natural hazard, causing extensive damage. The aim of this study to develop a comprehensive assessment urban flood risk in the Hubei Province China, focusing on following three issues: (1) What are factors that cause floods? (2) To what extent do these affect management? (3) How build an effective system can be used reduce risk? Design/methodology/approach This combines expert opinion evidence from literature identify indicators across four dimensions: disaster risk, susceptibility, exposure prevention mitigation. Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) Grey Relational Analysis (RA)-based Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) decision-making approach were applied calculate weighting model risk. Then, ArcGIS software visualizes levels spatial distribution cities Province; uncertainty analysis verified method accuracy. Findings results show there significant differences level Province, with such as Tianmen, Qianjiang, Xiantao Ezhou being at high while Shiyan, Xiangyang, Shennongjia, Yichang, Wuhan Huanggang lower Originality/value innovative combining CRITIC-GRA-TOPSIS reduces presence subjective bias found many other frameworks. Regional data extraction enhance result reliability, supporting long-term planning. Overall, methodological developed provides advanced, highly efficient visualization deepens understanding mechanisms more broadly supports development resilient cities.

Abstract Water resource carrying capacity is an important indicator for measuring sustainable development. Given the rapid economic and social development in China today, coordinating of water resources, socio-economy, eco-environment has become urgent problem to be solved. This study takes Gansu section Wei River mainstream basin (GWRB) as a case constructs three-dimensional WRCC evaluation system status standards. Based on this research framework, we analyzed trends changes GWRB from 2008 2022. Additionally, conducted in-depth internal relationships influencing factors within system. The results show that combination weighting method multi-weight models avoids one-sidedness single weighting, leading more realistic distribution weights. result standard derived prevents disconnect between status, making rational accurate. increased 0.098 (overloaded) 0.621 (weakly bearable) During period, eco-environmental improved critical bearable, while socio-economic overloaded weakly bearable. Due geographical climatic limitations, continued bear significant pressure remained state most time. key limiting further improvement are per capita utilization rate COD emission 10,000 yuan GDP, ecological use rate, consumption GDP agricultural rate. To improve WRCC, propose series targeted recommendations based findings. proposed framework can also serve reference related studies arid semi-arid regions.

This study examines the policy and technological dynamics shaping China’s road transport sector’s transition to low-carbon sustainability, focusing on battery electric vehicles (BEVs) hydrogen fuel cell (HFCEVs). As world’s second-largest carbon emitter, China faces significant challenges in reducing its fossil dependency transport, which accounts for diverse emissions energy security risks. The present work, using a dual tech multi-level perspective (DTMLP) framework integrating (MLP) an advocacy coalition (ACF), analyzes interplay of landscape pressures (global constraints), regime (policy–market interactions), niche innovations (BEV/FCEV competition). results reveal BEVs’ dominance light-duty markets, achieving remarkable operational emission reductions but facing lifecycle lock-ins from production coal-dependent power grids. HFCEVs demonstrate potential heavy-duty decarbonization struggle with gray reliance infrastructure gaps. Policy evolution highlights shifting governance subsidies market-driven mechanisms, alongside regional disparities implementation. proposes three-phase roadmap: structural optimization (2025–2030), adaptation (2030–2045), hydrogen–electric system integration (post-2045), emphasizing material innovation, renewable alignment, governance. Our findings underscore necessity coordinated policy–technology synergies, grid decarbonization, circular economy strategies, overcome institutional inertia achieve ‘Dual Carbon’ targets. work provides actionable insights global sustainable transitions amid competing pathways geopolitical resource constraints.

Prefabricated buildings face greater and different prefabricated components throughout their entire lifecycle, leading to a significant increase in management difficulty. This article proposes an evaluation method based on multi-layer complex network model combined with improved topsis.
