Abstract Achieving efficient and stable hydrogen evolution reactions in alkaline conditions is crucial for production. In this study, a RuIr/Co (SA) NC‐P catalyst featuring RuIr alloys alongside P‐doping CoN x sites developed. alloying optimizes the electronic structure between Ru Ir, promoting electron transfer from to Ir. further modulates properties of alloys, optimizing binding energy weakening Ru─OH energy, facilitating rapid H 2 generation OH ad transfer. Meanwhile, promotes water dissociation, providing fast proton delivery path alloys. The exhibits enhanced HER activity with low overpotential 20 mV at 10 mA cm −2 , Tafel slope 20.4 dec −1 turnover frequency 19.5 s 150 overpotential. Moreover, stability improved 8 times by mitigating alloy dissolution/agglomeration via P‐doping. This work introduces promising approach developing electrocatalysts.
