This review examines the potential for utilizing nuclear power plant (NPP) waste heat in hybrid desalination systems, focusing on Reverse Osmosis-Low-Temperature Evaporation (RO-LTE) driven by renewable energy sources and atomic heat. By employing a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis, study evaluates integration of NPP into various technologies, emphasizing environmental benefits efficiency improvements. Fundamental aspirations include advancements material science exchanger designs, which enhance transfer evaporation processes. The also explores cost reduction strategies, such as integrating hydrogen production mineral recovery from by-products. Passive technologies process optimization are proposed to minimize operational costs consumption, supporting long-term sustainability. serves resource decision-makers, offering insights strategic use address water scarcity while promoting
