As global energy demand continues to grow, maximizing the efficiency of solar as a renewable resource is increasingly critical. Solar tracking systems offer an effective solution by optimizing panel orientation capture more radiation. This study evaluates annual and seasonal radiation gains single-axis systems, comparing east-west south-north orientations with fixed-tilt horizontal surfaces. Daily, monthly, values were calculated based on average day each month, hourly variations analyzed for June December. Annually, system increased approximately 30% compared surface 19% surface, while achieved 16% 6%, respectively. In June, outperformed setup 2.02 kWh/m² daily (a 29% increase), whereas in December, collected 0.43 per 25% increase) due better alignment sun’s lower southern path. The method used this manual, equation-driven modeling, aiming enhance transparency provide cost-effective, software-independent tool. angles can be applied future same region, overall procedure easily adapted other locations incorporating region-specific input parameters.
