The COVID-19 pandemic has influenced many fields, such as communication, commerce, and education, pushed business entities to adopt innovative technologies continue their operations. Students need do the same, so it is essential understand acceptance of these make them more usable for students. This paper employs Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology 2 (UTAUT2) identify factors that students’ use different online communication services primary tool learning during pandemic. Six UTAUT2 were used measure video at Business College University Applied Sciences. Two hundred students completed our survey. results demonstrated social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habit affect behavioral intention positively, while performance expectancy effort have no effect on intention.

Abstract Higher education in biosciences is significantly informed by hands-on field trips and practical laboratory skills-training. With the first Covid-19 national lock-down England March 2020, on-campus at higher institutions was swiftly moved to alternative provisions, including online only options, a mix of synchronous or asynchronous blended, hybrid adaptions. Students enrolled on an undergraduate bioscience programme have been faced with unprecedented changes interruptions their education. This study aimed evaluate students’ ability adjust fast-evolving learning environment capture journey building up resilience graduate attributes. Bioscience students years 1-3 biology department Northwest English university participated this anonymous, cross-sectional, mixed-method open closed questions evaluating perception feedback remote blended provisions during pandemic post capturing academic 2019/20 2022/23. Purpose: Learning outcomes play a critical role when evaluating educational programs' success and institutions' responsibility to deliver high-quality instruction.
