Abstract Sustainable development is not exactly a new topic, but seen in the light of recent events, there growing need to identify ways putting sustainable principles into practice. The present paper aims analyze influence that elements organizational culture have on increase efficiency and effectiveness implementing management Romanian higher education institutions. Since influences strategies, article proposes conceptual model for determining implementation management.
