Purpose The research on intellectual capital focuses the role of innovative technologies in organizational systems, particularly knowledge generation and learning processes. This study addresses third stage research, emphasizing how like generative AI (Gen AI) applications can enhance experiences, individual talents personalized learning. Based WEST model, this examines relationship between attitude, competency, experience, Gen integration managers’ creative involvement. Additionally, it investigates direct mediating roles involvement improving effectiveness. Design/methodology/approach A cross-sectional survey managers from organizations operating diverse sectors Saudi Arabia was conducted using a web-administered structured questionnaire. PLS-based structural equation modeling employed to assess hypothesized relationships. Findings results revealed that manager’s attitude access positively affect its integration. However, only competence attitudes demonstrated same positive impact Furthermore, significantly also uncovered mediation enabling all four antecedents corroborated for competence. Originality/value integrating technologies, such as AI, enhances develops personalizes workplace contexts at managerial level. By providing new insights into dynamics settings, contributes literature.
