This article uses the engineering background of Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 with a cement-soil group pile composite foundation. It simplifies foundation using area-weighted modulus method and establishes finite element model double-line EPBM passing beneath building. The calculation results were compared validated against monitoring data. Based on this, simplified was used to analyze effects face pressure grouting settlement upper structure. research indicate that numerical simulation curves at points F17, F16, F15, F14, where shield axis intersects building plane, align well monitored values, thereby confirming rationality model. Additionally, appropriately increasing is beneficial in suppressing structure; however, when increases 0.20 MPa 0.35 MPa, suppressive effect significantly diminishes.
