Heart disease is a major public health issue that requires timely and accurate diagnosis, treatment, follow-up of patients. However, many healthcare providers patients face challenges in accessing updating information, especially resource-limited settings. This paper presents the design, development, evaluation novel Mobile-Web-based electronic records system (MWEHRS) leverages advantages both mobile web technologies to provide user-friendly, secure, scalable for patient management heart diseases. Through this research real has been implemented National Foundation Hospital, Bangladesh. MWEHRS allows access update information using any device with an internet connection, such as smartphones, tablets, or computers. The developed also integrates various features functionalities support provides automation calculate some parameters thus relieves attending nurses from doing so. enables doctors watch status time take decisions ease during after course therapy.
