Malaysia is in the process of developing a new identity system to provide citizens and residents with secure efficient access digital services. This study aimed determine responsiveness Malaysian population technologies evaluate their opinions on managing online. The employed quantitative research design collected data through an online questionnaire. A total 1,014 participants from Malaysia, aged 18 years above, were included study, analysed using cross-tabulation analysis. theoretical framework was based technology acceptance model, risk negative consequences theory individuals' perceptions, organizational trustworthiness theory. results showed that various demographic characteristics influence attitudes towards adoption management. Gender, age, ethnicity/race, work status, employment sector, level education, place living, household income level, residence state all significantly associated early emerging technologies, trying out enjoyment technologies. Certain factors may also have impact people's preferences for specific management tools. found significant relationships between trust levels when it comes personal data. findings implications policymakers practitioners involved promoting identities. study's assist implementing better measures protecting Malaysians' privacy. Smart elderly care faces numerous challenges while aligning with the national strategy of promoting silver economy. Chief among these is inconsistent quality services offered by smart institutions, which significantly impedes industry's further development. Therefore, objective this paper to develop a theoretical framework for assessing services, refine evaluation index system and explore strategies enhance their quality. Based on Structure-Process-Outcome model, has developed an integrated employed combination modified-Delphi method Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory - Analytic Network Process establish assign weights service institutions in China. This study develops "Technology + Service" synergistic comprising four first-tier indicators, 12 second-tier 54 third-tier indicators. The most significant indicators identified are resources, infrastructure, staffing, empathy, rate health file creation, 3S device coverage rate, average living space per bed. results reveal that especially information technology infrastructure equipment crucial aspects institutions. Additionally, should focus improving expertise staff providing psychological adults.

Purpose This study explores the determinants influencing adoption of telemedicine services by older adults in a low-income developing country, utilizing combined methodological approach partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) and artificial neural network (ANN) analysis. Design/methodology/approach Employing purposive sampling technique, data from 348 respondents were analysed to identify significant predictors intention. Findings The findings indicate that perceived usefulness, ease use, knowledge severity positively influence attitudes toward telemedicine. Conversely, vulnerability, response efficacy self-efficacy did not show impact on attitude. Additionally, while risk was found negatively moderate relationship between attitude intention, resistance change exhibit any moderating effect this relationship. On other hand, sensitivity using ANN identified usefulness as most influential factor (100%), followed use (32.9%), (29.0%) (28.8%) (Model A). Similarly, Model B highlights fact is generating intention among (100%). Meanwhile, fsQCA uncovered seven distinct combinations are equally effective positive adoption. Furthermore, revealed antecedents services. Practical implications results offer nuanced insights into facilitators barriers populations contexts like Bangladesh. These have critical for service providers, healthcare professionals policymakers aiming enhance usage regions. Originality/value study’s originality lies integration Technology Acceptance Protection Motivation Theory within comprehensive model, alongside application both symmetric asymmetric analytical techniques. By merging diverse theoretical frameworks robust methodologies, research contributes substantially literature digital health lays groundwork future interventions.

Abstract The prevalence of dementia is increasing due to a longer life expectancy and an ageing population. Cognitive impairment affects patients’ daily lives places financial healthcare burden on them their families. Reminiscence therapy (RT) non-pharmacological approach that has been found enhance the quality for older adults with or without dementia. There urgent need more functional effective treatments, such as virtual reality (VR), which are becoming increasingly popular. VR in RT relatively new field, this paper proposes conceptual model developing proof-of-concept reality-based reminiscence (VR-RT) people dementia, based 4Is: immersion, interaction, imagination, impression. This intended offer alternative therapeutic experience demonstrates VR-RT accordance results from proposed 4Is model, depict different periods olden days scenes, restoring historical objects appearance citizens. then evaluated occupational therapists (OTs) through pilot testing. findings reveal may elicit positive attitude motivation serves essential features development, followed by survey identify suitable materials themes tailored A test OTs revealed potential improve conditions research contributes valuable insights lays groundwork future development
