Keamanan dan Kerahasiaan data medis pasien merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting dalam sistem kesehatan di era digitalisasi, terutama dengan meningkatnya penggunaan rekam elektronik. Data mencakup informasi digunakan pengelolaan individu terdiri dari 2 (dua) kategori utama yaitu klinis pasien. Rekam memiliki nilai rahasia harus dijaga fasilitas pelayanan karena didalamnya terdapat riwayat pengobatan awal sampai akhir kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa keamanan kerahasiaan implementasi elektronik strategi dapat untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kebocoran menggunakan tinjauan literatur sistematis berskala luas. Tinjauan dilakukan 4 (empat) database ProQuest, PubMed, ScienceDirect Scopus kata kunci Electronic medical record, health EMR, security and confidentiality of data. Model PRISMA menyaring judul abstrak, sehingga 412 total artikel ditemukan, didapatkan 8 sesuai kriteria inklusi. Kesimpulannya, Implementasi mempertimbangkan berbagai supaya memberikan manfaat maksimal.

The increasing integration of technology in European healthcare systems, including Romania, has highlighted the critical need for robust data privacy regulations under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This regulation is crucial managing patient and protecting individual rights. However, Romania faces challenges implementing GDPR due to differing levels awareness rapid advancement technologies (e.g., lack infrastructure or highly trained IT personnel). Methods: study uses a privacy-focused survey assess professionals' compliance, principles, requirements. was distributed 108 Romanian professionals during an economics management course organized between July September 2024, ensuring anonymity informed consent. Results: While many practitioners demonstrate foundational understanding gaps exist practical applications, particularly clinical settings. digitalization public institutions been found reduce risk confidentiality from perspective, as evidenced by responses 82% participants. Ethical concerns are cited significant rationale not permitting exceptions. Primary recognized implementation requirements include accountability, communication, high volume consents, laborious administrative duties, abusive use GDPR, restricted access specific health data, tasks. Healthcare compared other Union (EU) member states, face resource constraints cultural barriers, but opportunities trust, innovation, international collaboration, raising awareness. Conclusions: As advances hospitals continues develop, software developers cybersecurity experts must establish secure system medical thereby enhancing trust telemedicine facilitating adoption new technologies, with aim preventing detecting certain diseases their initial stages. Abstract New health technology assessment (HTA) models for digital are continuously being developed and already in use. In Finland, the HTA model health, named Digi-HTA, has been employed since 2020. Through the conceptual framework of datafication, dataism and dataveillance, this study investigates beliefs attitudes regarding datafication related privacy security concerns among individuals with Type 1 diabetes. Qualitative research was conducted through interviews fifty-two diabetes in Poland Italy.
