The entrainment of gangue particles always increases the ash content coal flotation concentrate. In present work, adjustment for kaolinite in was studied focusing on parameters including solid concentration and frother dosage. results indicated that contents concentrates were higher early or late stage (flotation time: 0–30 s 120–180 s) than middle 30–120 s). This is mainly because mechanical caused by water transportation later stage. It has been confirmed reducing feed dosage effectively decrease Furthermore, better can be obtained under a high process.
