Present
study
investigates
the
characteristics
of
leaders
within
pharmaceutical
sector;
to
effectively
address
challenges
arising
on
organizational
context.
It
aims
understand
how
these
influence
various
aspects
such
as
communication,
planning,
process
control,
and
customer
service.
To
achieve
this
objective,
an
instrument
based
Likert
scale
was
employed
assess
both
intrapersonal
extra-personal
attributes

descriptive
statistics

consistency

positive
perceptions
leaders'
performance
among
subordinates,

in
terms

receptiveness
feedback.
