Background
Predicted

Background:

minimize
systematic

follow-up

Abstract
Background:
Given
the
high
demands
and
stressors
associated
with
profession,
mental
health
issues
among
nurses
are
a
growing
concern.
Nurses
frequently
encounter
combination
of
emotional,
physical,
challenges
that
contribute
to
burnout,
anxiety,
depression,
other
problems.
Limited
research
has
addressed
endogenous
exogenous
precipitating
factors
influence
professionals,
particularly
nurses,
in
healthcare
sector.
However,
addressing
concerns

crucial
for
their
well-being

care
they
provide.
Consequently,
this
study
investigated
social
capital,
resilience,
job
embeddedness
on
positive
nurses.
Methods:
This
employed
cross-sectional
design,
involving
613
aged
29–55
years

government-owned
hospitals
