Once effective vaccines are discovered for a pandemic and initial distribution infrastructure, mechanisms implemented, the next concern is an optimal vaccination campaign to stop disease or minimize casualties. This paper studies optimization of Vaccine Distribution Network (VDN) through single-objective Mixed-Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) model minimizing total cost in terms governmental aid (to maintain economy), logistics, vaccination, hospitalization costs. The proposed develops joint vaccination-quarantine strategy under equity considerations 1) determine allocation available vaccine stockpiles different population classes regions 2) seek impose quarantine restrictions optimally. was applied real case study, network France. Abstract The article deals with a relevant theme regarding problems related to food supply. losses accounted at production process and consumer waste justify research on the subject. purpose of this paper is explain intention using theory planned behavior (TPB) as theoretical lens. Poultry production faces significant challenges, including high feed prices, diseases, and thermal stress, which impact broiler welfare productivity. Despite advances in cooling technologies ventilation, preslaughter operations still lead to considerable losses. With the promotion of new round industrial revolution, development environment enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. Collaboration among become crucial for enhancing core competitiveness, with concept supply chain playing a key role. However, complex and vulnerable nature operation poses various risks, hampering effective cooperative relationships between enterprises. This article proposed integrating partial least-squares-artificial neural network (PLS-ANN) method to address this issue optimize collaborative enterprise practices. The study examined collaboration optimization. uses used artificial (ANN) classify data, implement an intelligent algorithm model synchronous processing, combine least squares (PLS) process data information generated by networks find best match, minimizing negative impact multiple correlations variables on collaboration. An empirical analysis was conducted in 2022, focusing manufacturing enterprise's external cooperation management. two aspects: chain's risk resistance level effectiveness cooperation. Results showed that after implementing PLS-ANN model, average trust index eight partners increased approximately 0.652, compared initial only 0.528.
