Intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) are increasingly emerging as a pivotal driving force for promoting sustainable development in global transportation due to their outstanding performance mitigating carbon emissions, alleviating traffic congestion, and enhancing travel efficiency. Enhancing the digital innovation capability of ICV enterprises is an imperative path explore high-quality industry effectively respond latest technological revolution industrial transformation. Based on panel data from 20 listed companies China 2019 2022, this study utilizes fixed-base index fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method within framework technology–organization–environment (TOE) theory investigate influencing factors, paths, temporal trends China. The results show following: (1) No single factor can constitute sufficient condition achieving high level innovation. (2) showed fluctuating growth trend during 2019–2022. Digital infrastructure market competition two critical factors innovation, while technology organizational conditions have become bottlenecks. (3) There five paths China, including Entrepreneurial Navigation + Technology Accumulation Driving Path, R&D Advantage Environment Application Oriented Knowledge Absorption Total Factor Path. (4) From underwent stages evolution, namely “Knowledge Government Promotion” “Technology Embedded Market Driven”. (5) A substitutive relationship exists between resource acquisition capabilities infrastructure, which promotes through different leading same goal. findings important theoretical practical implications making scientific reasonable decisions, thereby fostering automotive industry.

Purpose This paper identifies consumer acceptance criteria of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled products and services in the business. We first investigate existing three models. They are technology model (TAM), unified theory use (UTAUT) (CAT). then discuss applicability these models for AI-enabled services. Finally, we outline shortcomings propose an product service (AIEPSAM). also validate proposed AIEPSAM with empirical results using primary survey data. Design/methodology/approach To understand customer’s point view on AI applications services, identify some critical factors present a conceptual framework consumers' based literature, prior research prominent management theories. Then, study broadens horizon beyond established principles associated to accommodate AI-specific factors/variables like data privacy, explainability apparent opacity algorithms.
