Intra-parotid metastasis refers to the spread of cancerous cells from a primary tumor lymph nodes within parotid gland. To our best knowledge, we report first described case in literature patient who received IMRT for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (UCNT) without sparing gland and still experienced recurrence.

Abstract Background The highly metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) relies on its tumor microenvironment (TME) to maintain phenotypic heterogeneity and progression. Extracellular vesicles from hypoxic TNBC were previously shown aid tumoral invasion but their function in the is still unclear. Methods We used a novel method investigate TME vitro called multicellular circulating co-culture, characterize how TNBC-derived EVs (EVh) interfere with endothelial cells, fibroblasts, monocytes macrophages.
