ABSTRACT In the field of new energy vehicles, battery liquid cooling systems are widely adopted due to their convenient packaging and high efficiency. To address challenge relatively poor temperature uniformity in systems, this research introduces a novel wedge structure enhance system performance consistency. Firstly, six innovative structures were proposed comprehensively evaluated based on heat transfer characteristics. Secondly, impact structural parameters selected design system's dissipation was investigated. Finally, optimizations conducted various factors, including arrangement schemes, number passages, inlet outlet directions. The results indicate that disrupts flow state medium, promotes increased coolant within channel, enhances module. newly implemented can maintain average module at 32.59°C. By merely arranging wedges alternately single maximum be reduced 32.41°C, difference narrowed 4.52°C, representing decrease 2.82°C 1.95°C compared with smooth channel. This proves exhibit exceptional uniformity. Furthermore, by upgrading liquid‐cooled double full alternating flow, ultimately controlled 4°C, is 29.84°C.
