The world population is increasing and a significant factor behind this longevity; fallout of the heightening burden on healthcare. In particular, tendency to fall with age puts toll society hinders people from enjoying their sunset years. This perspective scrutinizes underlying causes people's deteriorating ability balance as they presents review existing ad hoc mitigation measures. It concludes by shedding some light way forward further realization well-balanced healthier successful aging minimal fall.

The solution to the problem of insufficient accuracy in determining position and speed human movement during interaction with a treadmill-based training complex is considered. Control command generation based on user’s actions may be performed delay, not take into account specificity movements, or inaccurate due error initial data. article introduces technology for improving predicting person’s running platform using machine learning computer vision methods. proposed includes analysing processing data from tracking system, developing models improve quality raw data, movement, implementing integrating neural network methods control system. Experimental results demonstrate that decision tree (DT) model provides better performance solving positioning key points conditions overlapping limbs. For prediction, linear regression (LR) showed best when analysed window length was 10 frames. Prediction (based previous frames) DT model, which optimal terms computation time relative other options. comparison advantage combined method (linear function prediction model), an average absolute value 0.116 m/s. research confirmed achievement primary objective (increasing prediction), making promising application human-machine systems.
