Microplastics and nanoplastics, degraded plastic polymers, are increasing in the environment, raising concerns about their potential health impacts, particularly on cardiovascular system. This systematic review aimed to investigate prospective effects of MPs NPs toxicity. study was written following PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The risk bias included studies assessed using SYRCLE tool. Our 38 vivo dating back from 2017 2024 several databases, including PubMed, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Taylor & Francis, ProQuest, Wiley Online Library, with inclusion criteria (PECOS) (1) Population: Animal; (2) Exposure: All types exposure micro nanoplastics; (3) Comparison: Placebo/ Control; (4) Outcome: Cardiotoxicity, inhibition development tissue, oxidative stress, inflammation, abnormal structure; (5) Study design: In experimental study. Studies reveal that cause toxicity through deposition, morphological changes, biomarker alterations, metabolism genetic regulation related injury, stress. is limited comparison different particle sizes, dose exposure, duration toward cardiotoxicity, does not compare between types.

Microplastics (MPs) and heavy metals (HMs) are important pollutants in terrestrial ecosystems. In particular, the "island" landscape's weak resistance makes it vulnerable to pollution. However, there is a lack of research on MPs HMs island landscapes. Therefore, we used Helan Mountain as area. Assess concentrations, spatial distribution, ecological risks, sources, transport soil blue sheep (Pseudois nayaur) feces. Variations geographical distribution showed connection between human activity pollutants. Risk assessment indicated wildlife were influenced by long-term pollutant polarization multi-element inclusion (I
