The use of lignocellulosic agro-industrial residues has great potential to produce biofuels and several other important industrial bioproducts, but requires pretreatments for biomass deconstruction obtain the sugars present in its structure prior their as substrate fermentation. Several pretreatments, such physicochemical thermochemical methods, have been used delignification. This chapter deals with transformation emphasis on fast pyrolysis sugarcane bagasse aiming at formation pyrolytic sugars, mainly levoglucosan, applications a carbon source production bioethanol bioproducts by In addition, an approach is presented integrated process considering conversion plant subprocess from autonomous plant. technologic alternative can be inexpensive, environmentally neutral, attractive countries like Brazil due surplus amount bagasse. Finally, some aspects related oligosaccharides biochar are discussed.
