Abstract The present study aimed to accelerate the humification and investigate how MnO 2 modification of biochar (MBC) drives humus formation during composting with chicken manure. In this study, compared control group (CK), addition MBC caused an increase in concentration both humic acid (HA), a respective enhancement 29.1% 37.2%. addition, also improved stability compost products. Hetero two-dimensional correlation spectra further exhibited that could alter mechanism fractions composting. Composting is a biological aerobic fermentation process that decomposes organic solid waste and converts it into humus. However, in the of mineralization or humification matter, large amount nitrogen will be lost. Therefore, very essential to find strategies increase retention during composting. This study elucidated mechanism underlying promotion straw composting through addition leucine (TL) phenylalanine (TP). The results indicated total (TN) content TL TP final products were 92.97% 103.90% higher than initial composting, respectively, 92.68% 92.58% CK (no amino acids addition) control group. was due succession bacterial community structure, from low-modularity relationship with small high aggregation number modular cooperation. evolution complexity stability played an important role transformation. keystones regulated change function. this interaction made nitrogen-fixing gene (nifH) abundance effect significantly improve inhibits denitrification temperature. negative growth loss rate also confirmed key bacteria. positive improving

Actinobacteria are widely used in aerobic composting of straw waste because their good degradation effect on lignocellulose. However, there few studies the Glycomyces straw. In this study, six laboratory-scale treatments were conducted: corn with inoculation (CSI), rice (RSI), and wheat (WSI). Additionally, control groups set up for each type without inoculation: (CS), (RS), (WS). Subsequently, a series chemical analyses enzymological methods to assess effects environmental variables, enzyme activities, organic components. Also, high-throughput sequencing was employed explore microbial community composition that greatly contributed rate cellulose hemicellulose during process Finally, factors influencing WSI identified using structural equation models (SEMs). The results showed rates higher Glycomyces-inoculated treatment than non-inoculated groups. Importantly, highest, at 68.09% 66.81%, respectively. Collectively, total nitrogen structure top 30 genera contributing important WSI. This study not only provides new insights into regulation degradation, but also has great significance protection.
