Currently, obtaining natural bioactive compounds from agro-food processing wastes is prevalent. In relative to other solvents, twenty-one types of deep eutectic solvents (DES) with ultrasonic were evaluated extract flavonoids peanut hulls. Three main extracts purified and detected as 5,7-dihydroxychromone, eriodictyol luteolin. By controlling the time, temperatures, solid/liquid ratios, engineering molar ratios DES, we demonstrated L-propine-acetic acid (Pro-Aa) 1:4 ratio best. Taking advantage single factors, optimum extraction condition was shown be at a 56% water content in DES/H2O, for 41 min 16:1 g/mL liquid/solid ratio, giving 2.51 mg/g dw using response surface methodology. SEM observations, 1H NMR DFT calculations help understanding molecular mechanism guide process. Moreover, our finding may serve valuable alternative utilization agricultural sources.
