This research focuses on the impact of smart city technologies urban tourism, specifically analyzing Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Vienna, while also considering implications for tourism development in Belgrade other Serbian cities. The aim study was to examine how contribute enhancing efficiency, digital engagement, sustainability tourism. A representative sample 1239 tourists surveyed, with a balanced gender representation predominance younger respondents, indicating that initiatives should cater tech-savvy travelers. employed questionnaire 31 statements ranked five-point Likert scale, factor analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) identified three key dimensions: travel, enhancement.
