This study aims to identify and prioritize the strategies for overcoming digital supply chain (DSC) implementation barriers. Twenty-five DSC barriers seventeen are formulated through an extensive literature review expert discussion. An integrated Modified Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) based framework has been used fulfil research objective. A case in automotive industry is undertaken assess applicability of proposed framework. With help experts, a pairwise comparison matrix developed critical strategies. The result shows that "absence urgency SC digitalization", lack proper innovation strategies", "Inadequate leadership lead transformation "are highest-ranked needs be overcome on priority basis, "determined top management commitment digitalization gain competitive edge", "planning coordination implementing technologies SC", "Adequate investment comprehensive digitalized business" top-ranked which considered basis by most Accordingly, should effectively plan mitigate implement phase-wise successful implementation. will also guide practitioner select optimal within available resources. Sensitivity analysis done obtained results, whose model robust as ranking relatively sensitive barrier weights.

To address the current large gap in research on Internet applications Chinese rural sector, this paper explores effect of these labor productivity farmers from a creative destruction perspective. First, we construct model to analyze direct and indirect paths impact farm households at theoretical level; second, conduct an empirical study corresponding theory based micro-survey data obtained China's first nationwide large-scale social survey project. Specifically, verified household through mean treatment approach explored efficiency mechanism action sector using mediating model, Probit counterfactual analysis framework. The finds that still has certain compared with urban although it is not "Solow's paradox" stage. Further discussion reveals adoption areas process "creative destruction", its destructive effects are dominant stage, while need be further explored. This emphasizes that, for developing countries, accurately identifying development stage exploring role important way improve areas, also step promote construction digital villages.

Introduction Chronic heart failure (HF) is a global health issue, with telemonitoring emerging as key strategy for elderly patient management, aligning the Universal Health Care Law. Objective To assess impact of on quality life, hospitalization rate, and mortality rate among patients chronic HF. Methods A rapid review 11 studies, including randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental, prospective, retrospective studies from 2013 to 2023, was performed using CINAHL. The encompassed 14,993 HF hospital homecare settings. Results hospitalization, readmission, varies widely across studies. Three reported life improvements in intervention group, one showed no significant change, most revealed difference all-cause hospitalizations readmissions between control groups. Mortality comparisons also differences. Discussion conducted 2020 primarily high-income regions, highlight telemonitoring's growing role managing (CHF) patients, yet its applicability remains limited by lack research Asia Africa. While systems promise improving adherence, engagement, potentially reducing mortality, their effectiveness readmission rates inconsistent, likely influenced variability system design characteristics. Limitations such reliance single database, small number underrepresentation data further constrain generalizability conclusiveness findings. Conclusion Telemonitoring complex, promising tool CHF management. enhance care fulfill universal healthcare goals, policymakers practitioners should consider these insights create precise, effective strategies.
