Objective: Demonstrate a case study on project management using the Scrum framework in development of systems for public organization. El proyecto se centra en clasificar con precisión la severidad de los casos Dengue Casanare, Colombia, utilizando Machine Learning (ML) y metodología CRISP-DM. La variable objetivo es “clasificación final”, que categoriza dengue sin signos alarma alarma. Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag in der Zeitschrift Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. (GIO) stellt eine qualitative Studie erfolgreichen Führungsverhaltens von Scrum Mastern vor. Die Softwareentwicklung weitverbreitete Scrum-Methode beschreibt das Scrum-Team als Self-Managing-Team und die Master Servant Leader, Praxis jedoch ihrem Führungsverhalten große Varianz zeigen. Ausgehend elf leitfadengestützten Experteninterviews mit Mitgliedern Scrum-Teams wurde mithilfe einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse ein Prozessmodell entwickelt, erfolgreiches Voraussetzungen für den Führungserfolg beschreibt.
