With
the
advancement
of
large
language
model
(LLM),
demand
for
data
labeling
services
has
increased
dramatically.
Big
models
are
inseparable
from
high-quality,
specialized
scene
data,
training
to
deploying
application
iterations
landing
generation.
However,
how
achieve
intelligent
consistency
and
accuracy
improve
efficiency
in
distributed
middleware
scenarios
is
main
difficulty
enhancing
quality
labeled
at
present.
In
this
paper,
we
proposed
an
asynchronous
federated
learning
optimization
method
based
on
combination
LLM
digital
twin
technology.
By
analysising
comparing
with
other
existing
algorithms,
experimental
results
show
that
our
outperforms
algorithms
terms
performance,
such
as
running
time.
The
validation

performance

both

global

environmental
impacts

industry

Despite
numerous
studies
targeting
integration
DT
sustainability,
there
is
a
noticeable
gap
in
creating
comprehensive
overview
efforts
future
directions
this
field.
Therefore,
research
aims
provide
both
scientometric
analysis
thematic
review
235
papers
extracted
from
Scopus
database.
These
papers,
all
published
between
2017
2024,
focus
on
previous
efforts,
current
trends,
using
for
sustainability.
In
addition,
34
that
were
cited
more
than
20
times
classified
by
application
into
four
categories:
simulation,
technology
integration,
smart
systems,
literature
review.
Furthermore,
