Abstract In this study, an ultra‐sensitive colorimetric chemosensor was designed and built for the identification determination of Pb 2+ cysteine (Cys) by optical color variation based on indicator displacement evaluation (IDA) using xanthine, bromopyrogallol red (BPR) dye. Label exchange between BPR Cys occurred when added to lead(II) complex (BPR), resulting in a clear immediate from purple DMSO/MES buffer (10.0 mmol/L, pH 5.5 (1:4 v/v)). The suggested method shows detection limit 5.0 nmol/L good linear range 0.04–4.71 μmol/L cysteine. Moreover, produced absorbance variation, is as “IMPLICATION” logic gate discussing input. As application molecular devices, such fast repeatable signal, molecular‐scale sequential memory unit has been exhibit “keypad lock” behavior. expanded receptor provides satisfactory reproducibility, precision, used selective human blood plasma urine. addition, procedure's precision compared with results procedure HPLC method.

Hydrazone-hydrazide-based linkers perform a crucial role in environmental as well biological fields. Such are employed to detect exact metal ions at minute level; hence, numerous probes available. Even though thiophene-based molecules have unique position the medicinal arena, only very few chemosensors reported based on such moiety. In this current work, novel hydrazide-hydrazone-based fluorogenic molecule 5-bromo-2-hydroxy-N'-[(1E)-1-(thiophen-2-yl)ethylidene]benzohydrazide (L) has been successfully designed and synthesized. The sensing studies of L demonstrated ratio metric turn-on-enhanced fluorescence colorimetric response toward Fe3+ Cu2+ ions, respectively it was observed be insensitive various ions. Job plots revealed that binding stoichiometry is 2 : 1. addition, density functional theory (DFT) results strongly suggested can used powerful sensor for detection vitro antimicrobial activities were evaluated by disk diffusion good antibacterial against E. coli. Further, molecular docking executed with DNA gyrase (PDB ID: 1KZN) coli calculated interaction energy value found -7.7 kcal mol-1. Finally, docking, fluorescence, colorimetry HOMO-LUMO gap compound provide new insights into developing drugs detecting metals biomolecules.

Flemingia macrophylla has traditionally been applied to relieve inflammation, diabetes, and circulatory complications. The leaf extract of F. its fractions were investigated for their in-vitro antioxidant anti-diabetic properties. phytochemical screening showed valuable phytochemicals, including glycosides, flavonoids, saponins, etc. GC‒MS analysis the phytochemicals in methanol detected 19 bioactive compounds. Among diverse fractions, ethyl acetate fraction (EFM) exhibited highest phenol flavonoid contents 557 mg GAE/g 326 QCE/g, respectively. total content EFM was found be 292.41±19.16 AAE/g, while antidiabetic study greatest level α -glucosidase (IC50: 11.27±1.25 µg/mL) -amylase 10.04±0.63 inhibitory effects. docking results that C6 had binding scores -9.0, -7.4, -7.6 kcal/mol against (6NGJ), α-glucosidase (5NN5), α-amylase (4GQR) proteins, dynamics simulation disclosed C6-receptor protein complexes remained stable at pocket under human body conditions retained stiff morphology 100 nanoseconds (ns). ADMET demonstrated noncarcinogenic well-absorbed properties, where PASS prediction data confirmed efficacy as an antioxidant, antiulcerative, thrombolytic, antidiabetic. Therefore, potential health benefits.

The development of specific and visually detectable fluorophores for the accurate rapid Pb2+ recongnization is crucial. In this study, we introduced a novel isophorone-derived fluorescent probe, (E)-2-(3-(3-formyl-4-hydroxystyryl)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-ylidene)malononitrile (YSQ), rationally designed prompt high-quality detection. YSQ demonstrated noticeable fluorescence enhancement upon interactions, with visible color changes discernible to naked eye in MeOH/H2O (v/v 9/1, pH 7.4, 0.2 mM). probe achieved quite low detection limit (LOD) 18 nM high association constant 2.93 × 105 M-1 towards using titration. We proposed binding mechanism ions, supported by density functional theory (DFT/TD-DFT), 1H NMR titration experiments IR analysis. addition, simple affordable smartphone-supported technique was developed changes. Furthermore, NIR emissive properties offered broad potential applications actual water sample solid analysis, bio-imaging test strips.
