Using dansyl hydrazide and 4, 6-dimethoxysalicylaldehyde as raw materials, a Cr3+/ClO- enhanced fluorescent probe DNS (5-(dimethylamino)-N'-(2-hydroxy-4, 6-dimethoxyenzylidene)-naphthalene-1-sulfonyl hydrazide) with AIE effect was synthesized. Probe can quickly high selectively recognize in solvent system (H2O/DMSO=2:8). The binding of produces significant fluorescence enhancement effect, which is almost unaffected by other ions. After calculation, the detection limits (LOD) are 5.3588×10-7 mol/L(Cr3+) 3.6548×10-7 mol/L (ClO-) respectively. mechanism explored using Job's curve, 1HNMR titration, mass spectrometry. In addition, low cytotoxicity biocompatibility provide potential for testing exogenous endogenous ClO- living cells. promising real-time bioimaging.
