ABSTRACT
Herein,
bacterial‐assisted
synthesis
of
AgCoO
2
is
carried
out.
In
the
first
step,
E.
coli
was
separated
from
soil
samples
via
“serial
dilution
method.”
Ten
milliliters
bacterial
supernatant
mixed
with
cobalt
chloride
and
silver
nitrate
hatched
at
38°C
for
24
h
to
get
nanoparticles
(NPs).
XRD
results
confirm
NPs
while
EDX
absence
any
other
elements
than
Ag,
Co,
O.
An
average
NP
size
12‐26
nm
determined
by
TEM
examination,
surface
particles
seen
rough,
irregularly
shaped
borders.
The
antibacterial
activity
constructed
checked
against
S.
aureus,
coli,
Bacillus
subtilus,
Pseudomanas
areguinosa
using
agar
well
diffusion
method.
