Abstract New Schiff base solid chelates derived from N-(benzol [d] thiazol-2-yl)-3-(2-hydroxybenzylidene) hydrazinyl)-3-oxopropanamide (H2L) as potent ligand and Ni2+, Co2+, Cu2+ metal cations have been prepared through ball milling green chemistry method, represents an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional solvents. The structure synthesized compounds illustrated by elemental analyses, 1H, 13C-NMR, FTIR, UV-visible, ESR, powder XRD, EDX, SEM, MS, thermal analyses (TG, DTG). Also, some computational studies for isolated estimated DFT theory which is a quantum-mechanical atomistic model technique compute extensive variation of properties any kind atomic system. Standard methods used assessment the bioactivity H2L its antimicrobial, antioxidant, cytotoxicity, erythrocyte hemolysis, DNA- binding assess their inhibitory effect. To evaluate affinities analyzed with crystallographic Bcl2 receptor bound DRO (PDB: 2w3l) Molecular Operating Environmental module (MOE) was used. Lastly, electrochemical behavior copper (II) ion were studied investigate chelation in solution cyclic voltammetry absence/presence at 291.15 K mixed solvent dimethyl sulfoxide water.

ABSTRACT A new Schiff base ligand, HNMPC , was prepared and reacted with some metal ions, including Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Mn(II), VO(IV). The infrared, electronic, mass, electron spin resonance, nuclear magnetic thermal elemental analysis, molar conductance, susceptibility measurements were used to characterize the complexes. ligand acts as a monoanionic tridentate ONO donor in all complexes, coordinating sites are C=O pyridone C=N, phenolate anion. All complexes exhibit octahedral configurations, results showed that ion:ligand ratio 1:2. molecular structural parameters of its determined based on DFT level implemented Gaussian 09 program B3LYP/GENECP method at 6‐311G(d,p) basis set for C, H, N, O atoms SDD (Stuttgart/Dresden) atoms. theoretical data correlated experimental results. ABSTRACT As a result of the Schiff base condensation reaction between carbohydrazide and 4‐aminoacetophenone, novel HL ligand [( Z )‐ N ′‐(( )‐1‐(4‐aminophenyl)ethylidene)‐2‐(1‐(4‐aminophenyl)ethylidene)hydrazine‐1‐carbohydrazide] three coordination compounds were successfully obtained with formulas [Co 2 (L)(Cl) 3 (H O)].Cl, [Ni O) ].Cl.H O, [Pd (HL)(Cl)(H structures analyzed using analytical spectroscopic techniques such as Fourier‐transform infrared (FT‐IR), NMR, UV–Vis, molar conductivity, elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements. Additionally, thermal stabilities, kinetic, thermodynamic parameters estimated utilizing thermogravimetric analysis. The confirmed through quantum chemical computations. antioxidant, anticancer, antimicrobial biological efficacies its metal chelates assessed. shows optimistic results an while Co 2+ Pd complexes showed highest activities. DNA binding affinity cleavage isolated evaluated. Furthermore, fluorescence spectrum in absence presence was recorded order to investigate interaction along limit detection.
