Sustainable competitive advantage, as a key factor in business success, ensures that the company is able to dominate market with differentiated products and services over long period of time. This advantage especially achieved through intelligence, since smart decisions, leveraging meaningful data analytics, continuous process improvement help maintain this experience sustainable growth. The aim study rank factors influencing from intelligence standpoint. research methodology consists two stages: qualitative quantitative. In first step, content analysis was performed extract indicators previous studies. second were ranked using F-TOPSIS method. Factors affecting viewpoint categorized into 5 criteria, including 27 sub-criteria. main criteria are customer relationship management, marketing, soft hard organizational factors, mental image product, respectively. sub-criteria each criterion ranked. most important sub-criterion effective interaction customers. feedback improvement. Assessing and prioritizing risks in the chemotherapy ordering prescribing processes is crucial to improving their safety quality. While FMEA commonly used for this purpose, it has some limitations. To overcome these limitations, a three-stage approach was proposed study enhance method. The first stage involved using identify assign values RPN parameters. In second stage, fuzzy SWARA method expert opinions were calculate weights of three factors. Transport systems are pivotal in sustainable development, profoundly impacting social, environmental, and economic sustainability urban settings. Integrating decision support becomes imperative to underscore the necessity for change facilitate informed policy decisions based on current conditions.
