Abstract
Deepening
the
integration
of
industry
and
education
(IIE)
in
classroom
teaching
has
important
strategic
significance
for
connotative
development
higher
education.
The
quality
assessment
is
an
route
to
improve
level
IIE
then
promote
talent
training.
Considering
that
picture
fuzzy
sets
(PFSs)
much
more
efficient
comparison
with
at
handling
uncertainty
decision-making
problems,
this
paper
firstly
applies
PFSs
depict
indeterminacy
inaccuracy
information
(TQA)
process.
To
begin
with,
related
definitions
are
all
profiled
successively.
Then,
we
attempt
propose
integrated
method
combined
compromise
solution
(CoCoSo)
Taxonomy
(TM)
handle
TQA
problem
PFSs.
In
approach,
define
a
new
cumulative
based
on
TM
aggregate
individual
opinion
into
group
opinion.
We
also
develop
weighting
strategy
CRiteria
Importance
Through
Intercriteria
Correlation
approach
(CRITIC)
evaluate
experts
For
this,
novel
generalized
chordal
(PF)
distance
measure
considers
marginal
impacts
degree
refusal
membership,
which
strong
capacity
differentiation.

-CoCoSo
results
obtained
from
sensitivity
analysis
validate
option
“Dr.
Tang”
consistently
achieves
highest
rank
independent
variations
balancing
factor
weight
criteria.
Finally,
implemented
confirm
robustness
reliability
suggested
framework.

Abstract
In
this
research,
the
Fuzzy
Entropy-based
MARCOS
method
is
proposed
for
Multi-Criteria
Decision
Making
(MCDM)
problem
covering
efficiency
analysis
of
Turkish
ports.
Port
alternatives
were
evaluated
according
to
nine
different
evaluation
criteria.
All
these
criteria
are
quantitative
The
uncertainty
based
on
values
they
take
at
time
periods.
To
overcome
problem,
in
study,
importance
levels
determined
by
Entropy
method.
Then,
11
port
with
a
share
over
1%
transportation
ports
ranked
their
using
Measurement
and
ranking
Compromise
solution
(MARCOS)
results
showed
that
most
effective
among
container
Kocaeli
port.
This
can
enable
more
accurate
assessment
level
its
use
planning
investments.
