Purpose We attempt to construct a grey three-way conflict analysis model with constraints deal correlated problems uncertain information. Design/methodology/approach In order address these information, considering the interactive influence and mutual restraints among agents portraying their attitudes toward issues, we utilize numbers decisions propose constraints. Firstly, based on collected introduced theory, calculated degree of between then analyzed alliance decision theory. Finally, designed feedback mechanism identify key issues. A case verifies effectiveness practicability proposed model. Findings The results show that can portray issues effectively extract conflict-related Originality/value By employing this approach, provide answers Deja’s fundamental questions regarding Pawlak’s analysis: “what are underlying causes conflict?” “how viable consensus strategy be identified?”
