This paper proposes a credit-driven practical byzantine fault tolerance based on consensus algorithm for sustainable 6G communication to address the potential threat of malicious activity in green and 6G-based Industrial Internet Things (IIoT) applications. The dual-layer architecture allows simultaneous verification transactions execution read-write operations. According simulation studies, CD-PBFT enhances performance stability while efficiently reducing validation time. Empirical findings demonstrate that achieves both efficiency security by network transaction latency an average 34.8% increasing throughput 25.2% compared PBFT.

The Internet of Medical Things (IoMTs) has the potential to revolutionize healthcare delivery by connecting medical devices and applications IT systems via internet. This connectivity enables collection, transmission, analysis patient data, facilitating remote enhancing outcomes. However, security privacy data transmitted stored within IoMT remain critical concerns. Blockchain technology offers a promising solution address these challenges in IoMTs applications. provides decentralized immutable ledger where transactions, this case, are securely recorded cannot be altered retroactively. ensures integrity confidentiality sensitive information while eliminating need for central authority manage exchange. study proposes comprehensive fuzzy decision-making framework selecting best blockchain provider field. comprises two main steps: Determining relative importance weights criteria utilizing Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method. most suitable supplier services providers employing Ranking Alternatives with Fuzzy ROOT Method (RAM) technique.
