Background Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are gaining recognition for their critical involvement in diverse autoimmune disorders. Nevertheless, reseach investigating the role of lncRNAs rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is relatively scarce. Methods Comprehensive transcriptome sequencing was executed to acquire a lncRNA expression pattern peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) RA. Then, we confirmed data by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Results The findings showed decreased levels LINC00494, TSP0AP1-AS1, MCM3AP-AS1 and LINC01588, increased OIP5-AS1, PBMC RA compared controls. ROC analysis five dysregulated demonstrated an area under curve (AUC) extending from 0.654 0.915, combination had high utility accurate diagnosis (AUC = 0.920). There existed negative relation between RF LINC00494 ( P =0.027), positive anti-CCP =0.024), CRP LINC01588 =0.020). Conclusions Our study indicated that MCM3AP-AS1, OIP5-AS1 may be biomarkers

Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles of cellular origin. One the main characteristics exosomes is their ability to carry a wide range biomolecules from parental cells, which important mediators intercellular communication and play an role in physiological pathological processes. have advantages biocompatibility, low immunogenicity, biodistribution. As researchers' understanding has increased, various strategies been proposed for use diagnosing treating diseases. Here, we provide overview biogenesis composition exosomes, describe relationship between disease progression, focus on as biomarkers early screening, monitoring, guiding therapy refractory diseases such tumors neurodegenerative We also summarize current applications especially engineered efficient drug delivery, targeted therapies, gene immune vaccines. Finally, challenges potential research directions clinical application discussed. In conclusion, emerging molecule that can be used diagnosis treatment diseases, combined with multidisciplinary innovative solutions, will applications.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic inflammatory disease whose precise pathogenesis remains mysterious. The involvement of epigenetic regulation in the RA one most anticipated findings, among which non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) hold great application promise as diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers for RA. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are heterogeneous group nano-sized, membrane-enclosed that mediate intercellular communication substance exchange, especially transfer ncRNAs from donor cells, thereby regulating functional activities biological processes recipient cells. In light significant correlation between EVs, ncRNAs, RA, we first documented expression levels EVs their-encapsulated individuals, methodically discussed their-implicated signaling pathways phenotypic changes. last but not least, paied special attention to benefits gene therapy reagents specifically imitating or silencing candidate with exosomes carriers on animal models, briefly highlighted their clinical advantage foreground. conclusion, present review may be conducive deeper comprehension roles EVs-enwrapped emphasis exosomal offer hints monitoring treatment
