Expression and significance of lncRNAs derived from PBMC in rheumatoid arthritis

Background
Long
non-coding
RNAs
(lncRNAs)
are
gaining
recognition
for
their
critical
involvement
in
diverse
autoimmune
disorders.
Nevertheless,
reseach
investigating
the
role
of
lncRNAs
rheumatoid
arthritis
(RA)
is
relatively
scarce.
Methods
Comprehensive
transcriptome
sequencing
was
executed
to
acquire
a
lncRNA
expression
pattern
peripheral
blood
mononuclear
cells
(PBMC)
RA.
Then,
we
confirmed
data
by
real-time
quantitative
polymerase
chain
reaction
(RT-qPCR).
Results
The
findings
showed
decreased
levels
LINC00494,
TSP0AP1-AS1,
MCM3AP-AS1
and
LINC01588,
increased
OIP5-AS1,
PBMC
RA
compared
controls.
ROC
analysis
five
dysregulated
demonstrated
an
area
under
curve
(AUC)
extending
from
0.654
0.915,
combination
had
high
utility
accurate
diagnosis
(AUC
=
0.920).
There
existed
negative
relation
between
RF
LINC00494
(
P
=0.027),
positive
anti-CCP
=0.024),
CRP
LINC01588
=0.020).
Conclusions
Our
study
indicated
that
MCM3AP-AS1,
