Through
detailed
case
studies,
I
illustrate
AI’s
effectiveness
in
managing
bandwidth
high-density
networks,
securing
devices
edge
enhancing
security
communications
through
real-time
anomaly
detection.
The
findings
demonstrate
substantial
impact
on
creating
adaptive,
secure,
addressing
current
future
challenges.

Stroke
is
the
main
cause
of
disability
among
adults.
Decision-making
in
stroke
rehabilitation
increasingly
complex;
therefore,
use
decision
support
systems
by
healthcare
providers
becoming
a
necessity.
However,
there
significant
lack
software
for
management
post-stroke
telerehabilitation
(TR).
This
paper
presents
results
developed
“TeleRehab”
to
decision-making
clinicians
and
TR.
We
designed
Python-based
with
graphical
user
interface
manage
searched
Scopus,
ScienceDirect,
PubMed
databases
obtain
research
papers
clinical
trials
TR
form
knowledge
base
software.
The
findings
show
that
TeleRehab
suggests
recommendations
provide
practitioners
optimal
real-time
support.
observed
feasible
outcomes
based
on
synthetic
data
patients
balance
problems,
spatial
neglect,
upper
lower
extremities
dysfunctions.

excellent
usability

traits—Extraversion,

Conscientiousness,
Neuroticism,
Openness—on

TAM
constructs

Perceived
Usefulness
(PU),
Ease
Use
(PEU),
Attitude
(AT),
Behavioral
Intention
(BI).
Using
Structural
Equation
Modeling
(SEM),
findings
reveal
that
Conscientiousness
Openness
significantly
enhance
perceptions
ChatGPT's
usefulness
ease
use,
leading
to
more
positive
attitudes
stronger
intentions
incorporate

contrast,
Neuroticism
negatively
affects

perceptions,
