Technological innovation risk in major railway projects is high, and the factors process are complex variable. In order to successfully complete goal of technological projects. This paper identifies projects, establishes a system dynamics model evolution, carries out simulation analysis by taking C project as an example, understand evolution process, clarify key tasks prevention, finally draw following research conclusions: (1) categorized into management risk, technology R&D application which has greater impact on risk. (2) During construction shows general trend increasing then stabilizing, with stage being centralized emergence (3) Changes values will have different degrees changes planning implementation having greatest system, followed feasibility results, value difficulties lesser system. The results this study can provide lessons references for prevention risks
