Abstract Numerous reports have demonstrated the construction of supramolecular nanodrugs (SNDs) via π–π stacking drug molecules for antitumor applications because most drugs possess aromatic rings or other planar conjugate units. However, destruction and subsequent disassembly SNDs under tumor microenvironment (TME), which is precondition release, not been clearly described. In this work, based on a model stacked naphthoquinone SNDs, influence co‐assembled delineated. Both experimental observation computational simulation indicate that simulated TME highly depends activation energy ( ΔE dis ) neighboring molecules. Owing to high , self‐assembled greatly restricted. Meaningfully, sum series according specific stimuli TME. Further reveals introduction significantly lowers thus accelerating release payloads. Holding advantages library, gives an extensive design toward heterogeneous nidus responsiveness, highlights superiority widely used strategy in constructing multifunctional SNDs.

Supramolecular nanostructured based delivery systems are emerging as a meaningful approach in treatment of cancer, offering controlled drug release and improved therapeutic efficacy. The self-assembled structures can be small molecules, polymers, peptides, proteins, which utilized functionalized to achieve tailored target specific cells, tissues, or organs. These improve the solubility stability drugs having low aqueous by encapsulating protecting them from degradation. Abstract As a new carbon nanomaterial, Graphene (Gr) has attracted wide attention in the field of separation and analysis because its large specific surface area strong hydrophobicity. A highly efficient selective graphene/SiO2 (Gr/SiO2) dispersive solid-phase extraction (d-SPE) material was prepared through electrostatic assembly. This process involved combination negatively-charged poly (sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) mediated GS (denoted as PSS-GS) positively-charged SiO2, modified with triethoxy silane amino. The precursor characterized using FESEM. We evaluated performance this sorbent eight pesticide residues, HPLC-MS method. demonstrated excellent recovery rates for residues under various frequency use conditions pH levels. It showed that SiO2 Gr have synergistic effect, composite good stability reusable, Ultimately, newly developed d-SPE successfully applied fruit juice samples, yielding range 82.18 to 117.49%.
