To investigate the alterations in dynamic neural activity visual cortex children with monocular amblyopia and its correlation neurotransmitter profiles. A total of 61 participants (thirty right eye amblyopia, thirty-one left amblyopia) 30 individuals normal vision were recruited. The functional changes brain areas, amplitude low‑frequency fluctuations (dALFF) serves as primary index. Spatial between dALFF imaging was also examined. Abnormal lingual gyrus, middle occipital calcarine fissure surrounding cortex, cuneus. variation gyrus are negatively correlated acuity best-corrected acuity. Furthermore, cross-modal correlations displayed that there a significant intergroup effect map densities. results this study reveal within regions, along corresponding levels, providing insights into basis amblyopia.
