The present study introduces a novel QZS metastructure, which is based on monolithic preshaped beams that draw inspiration from the snap-through behavior of cosine beams. feature achieved by incorporating an additional arc segment, serves as elastic boundary, extending end beam to rigid walls. matching mechanism between segment and cosine-shaped analyzed through static mechanical parametric analysis using finite element method, while metastructures fabricated 3D printing techniques are employed experimentally validate conceptual design. relationships features design parameters established conducted. A isolator consisting designed, its dynamic performances verified experimental tests analytical model. demonstrated 70% reduction in peak transmissibility 25% lower beginning frequency vibration compared nonlinear lacking feature, highlighting advantageous low-frequency isolation capability isolator. Moreover, proposed metastructure demonstrates programmable adjusting number units This enables multi-step isolation, has been validated.
