Abstract Convergent antibodies are highly similar elicited in multiple individuals response to the same antigen. provide insight into shared immunological responses and show great promise as diagnostic biomarkers. They have typically been identified using methods that consider amino acid sequence of third complementarity-determining region (CDR3) immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH). In this study, we extend definition convergent use structural information about three IgH CDR regions (CDR1-3). Piperacillin-tazobactam is used in patients with cystic fibrosis to treat recurrent respiratory infections. Exposure associated a high frequency of nonimmediate hypersensitivity. To assess the applicability lymphocyte transformation test (LTT) for diagnosis piperacillin hypersensitivity and influence desensitization on piperacillin-specific T-cell responses. Study arm 1 was an analysis LTT responses from 58 naive/baseline tolerant samples collected over 3-year interventional phase.
