Method Systematic retrieval to SAGE, ERIC, EBSCO, Wiley, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, PubMed, EMBASE, Web Science database was performed for quantitative studies on graduate students published before November 22, 2022. The synthesized random‐effects model, subgroup analysis conducted by study characteristics (publication year, sampling method, measurements) subjects’ (gender, region, educational level). Result Fifty were included in meta‐analysis, totaling 39,668 students. result revealed that 34.8% graduates suffered from (95% CI: 29.5%–40.5%). Specifically, 19.1% 15.4%–23.5%) had mild anxiety, 15.1% C: 11.6%–19.6%) moderate 10.3% 7.2%–14.6%) severe anxiety. And this showed upward trend since 2005. Compared other countries, Saudi Arabia, India, Nepal more vulnerable. results quality assessment that, 5 (10%) high quality, 21 (42%) low 3 (6%) quality. But, tend report (40.3% 13.0%), nonrandom random (33.6% 20.7%). Although we data collected based standard scales, there heterogeneity measure ( Q = 253.1, df 12, p < .00). Conclusion More one‐third disorder, slight 2005, school administrators, teachers should take joint actions prevent mental disorder deteriorating.
