Background Mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout are common among healthcare workers. However, the interconnections them remain under-explored. This study aimed to address interrelationships these in psychiatric nurses. ABSTRACT: This research aimed to assess the mediating role of resilience in relationship between social support and academic burnout among undergraduate students. To do so, a cross-sectional study was conducted with students enrolled at public university Paraná, Brazil, who participated GraduaUEL project - Analysis Health Lifestyle Habits Undergraduates State University Londrina, interviewed 2019. RESUMO: Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo avaliar o papel mediador da resiliência no efeito do suporte social e sua relação com burnout acadêmico de estudantes universitários. Para tal, foi realizado um estudo transversal matriculados em cursos graduação uma universidade pública paranaense, participantes projeto GraduaUEL - Análise Saúde Hábitos Vida dos Estudantes Graduação Universidade Estadual Londrina, entrevistados 2019. A variável dependente deste a exaustão acadêmica, mensurada por meio questionário Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI-S). independente apoio social, medido pela Escala Apoio Social (MOS-SSS), verificado partir escala CD-RISC-10. Foram realizadas análise fatorial exploratória (AFE) confirmatória (AFC) para obter modelo melhores resultados através software Mplus, intervalo confiança 95% (IC95%). O total afetou significativamente positivamente resiliência, enquanto negativo significativo burnout. Observou-se que tanto direto quanto indireto foram significativos, sendo medeia essa aproximadamente 54,9%. Em suma, têm sobre acadêmico, dessa forma universitários pode ser reduzida ampliando-se entre eles.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in Shanghai, medical workers were more vulnerable to psychological problems.
