Objective The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship that emotional, psychological, and social well-being has with self-reported illness-related absenteeism. Methods This examines between three dimensions (emotional, social) self-report absenteeism among 133 workers spanning multiple industries across 16 different companies. secondary, cross-sectional data were analyzed using linear regression. It aims investigate publication trends, authorship patterns, significant publications by using conceptualizations, measurements, determinants, consequences, interventions analysis. The study provides valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, policymakers about understanding addressing workplace issues. Presenteeism, among desk workers with pain can be affected by musculoskeletal disabilities (MSDs), working styles, and gender. In this study, teleworkers were defined as those who teleworked >70% of the time at home, while others non-full teleworkers. This study aimed to (1) compare magnitude presenteeism four groups: male female pain, (2) create a regression model 66 independent biopsychosocial variables for each group. Data collected through an anonymous online survey. Presenteeism was evaluated using work functioning impairment scale. The included disability measures, namely, stiff neck/shoulders, low back upper or lower limb problems, along other factors relevant in previous studies, such age, body mass index, comorbidities, work-related variables, catastrophizing, various psychological distress measures. from 1068 teleworkers, 1,043 282 307 analyzed. highest pain.
