Background Sugar consumption has increased dramatically around the world, and at same time, prevalence of mental illnesses such as depression anxiety continues to increase. While previous research explored impact various dietary factors on health, specific sugar risk disorders remains elusive. This study aimed comprehensively assess this relationship through a systematic review meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web Science, China National Knowledge Network (CNKI), WangFang were systematically searched for studies association between total intake and/or anxiety. In the context of digital era, Internet use is major significance for enhancing sense gain among elderly people and enabling them to share in development dividend society. Based on CGSS 2021 (N = 2,929), this study explores impact elderly, a moderated mediation model was constructed explore mediating role perceived social justice potential moderating status. The results showed that (1) general significantly enhanced elderly's gain. Among group, economic (ESG) enhanced, political (PSG) positively affected but not significantly, while security (SSG) negatively affected. (2) A equity plays older adults. (3) Social status does play latter half path model. Meanwhile, heterogeneity analysis revealed affects with low household incomes, high levels literacy, an urban registration, spouse. research conclusion article provides strong empirical support solving problem integration effectively their achievement.

Abstract Context Research suggests that dietary pattern plays an important role in mental health and constitutes a modifiable risk factor for depression. Objective The aim of this systematic review meta-analysis was to evaluate the association between patterns depressive outcomes adolescents. Data Sources Medline/PubMed, Lilacs, EMBASE, PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, gray literature up March 2024 were searched; reference lists also verified. Observational studies participants with mean age ⩽19 years reporting associations clinical depression or symptoms searched. Overall, 21 included review. Extraction from eligible articles extracted by 2 reviewers. Analysis Odds ratios (ORs) confidence intervals (CIs) determined under random-effects model. bias assessment conducted independent researchers using Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist tool. Results qualitative results revealed higher unhealthy diet score positively associated symptoms, while healthy negatively symptoms. In study adolescents diagnosis depression, relationship inflammatory tertiles attenuated after all covariates adjusted for. posteriori found “healthy” decreased (OR: 0.69; 95% CI: 0.44, 0.95). There no statistically significant “unhealthy” “snacks” 1.20 [95% 0.95, 1.46]; OR: 0.70, 1.48]) patterns. Conclusion identified However, considering high heterogeneity low level certainty evidence, these should be interpreted caution. Systematic Review Registration PROSPERO registration no. Abstract This study investigated the influence of substituting 60, 80, and 100% sugar in traditional cocoa hazelnut paste (control) formulation with inulin‐stevia (90:10, w/w) mixture on textural rheological characteristics, melting behavior, water activity (a w ), particle size distribution (PSD), color. Textural, rheological, properties, color samples were analyzed after 1, 2, 3 months storage at 11°C. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) relaxometry experiments also performed to understand interaction new ingredients oil. Replacement gave darker color, reduced Casson yield stress, changed parameters profile depending level but did not create a remarkable effect PSD plastic viscosity. Increasing content yielded lower higher T 2a values indicating decreased mobility water. Complete removal caused low spreadability. The results showed that an 80% replacement product similar fat‐melting mouth feeling compared control sample. Cocoa spreads prepared inulin stevia good stability during storage.
