The study aimed to analyze the factors influencing agricultural production in projects River Nile State through a documentary analytical review of winter season 2018/2019. descriptive method was adopted, utilizing document and official report analysis related during season. population encompassed all State, with purposive sample selected from reports statistics projects, addition data relevant government bodies for 2018/2019 due its availability. Training programs raise awareness practices suggested, proposals future studies.///هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل العوامل المؤثرة في الإنتاج الزراعي بالمشاريع الزراعية ولاية نهر النيل؛ مراجعة تحليلية وثائقية للموسم الشتوي 2018/2019، باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام الوثائق والتقارير الرسمية المتعلقة بالإنتاج خلال الموسم، وشمل مجتمع كافة المشاريع بولاية النيل، وتم اختيار عينة قصدية تمثلت تقارير وإحصائيات الزراعية، إضافة بيانات من الجهات الحكومية المختصة (2018/2019)، وذلك لتوفرها، حيث تم الرسمية، باستخدام أدوات التحليل الإحصائي والمقارنة لمختلف الزراعي، وأظهرت نتائج أن النيل تتميز بتنوع بين الصغيرة والكبيرة، بما ذلك الفردية والتعاونية والاستثمارية والحكومية، وأن التحول نظم الري الحديثة يمكن يزيد كفاءة استخدام المياه والإنتاجية، كما أكدت على تأثير الاقتصادية والاجتماعية اعتماد الممارسات المستدامة، تسهم تحسين صحة البيئة وزيادة ربحية المزارع. وبيّنت تسويق المنتجات يعد عاملاً رئيسيًا لتفعيل الزراعي. يُعد ضروريًا لزيادة الموارد المائية النادرة، بينت النتائج وجود تحديات تواجه الولاية، أبرزها تغير المناخ والتكاليف العالية للري والبذور والأسمدة، مع الاعتماد الكبير العمالة الأجنبية، نقص التمويل يشكل عائقًا كبيرًا أمام الإنتاجية، بناء أوصى الباحثون بتحسين الظروف والتحول أنظمة التقليدية التقنيات الحديثة، واستصلاح المزيد الأراضي الإنتاج، تطوير برامج تدريبية لرفع الوعي بالممارسات المستدامة المزارعين، تقديم مقترحات بدراسات مستقبلية الموضوع.
