Bed bugs (Cimex lectularius L.) are common indoor pests found in close association with humans. bug feces have been identified as the primary source of environmental histamine, an emerging contaminant that could pose a potential threat to human health. Therefore, it is critical we understand stability histamine homes, along mitigation strategies so can reduce exposure and health risks. In this study characterized over time on 2 surfaces (unfinished wood, fabric), discovering aging at room temperature, course 9 mo, showed no significant changes level biogenic amine. As appears slow degrade its own, evaluated efficacy various cleaning methods for reducing or removing from these surfaces. The most effective fabric were bleach, hydrogen peroxide, laundry cycle, while multi-purpose cleaner, peroxide unfinished wood. Overall, reduction was influenced by more aggressive (hard scrubbing) cleaners known stains (hydrogen bleach). results will enhance our ability contaminant.

House mites frequently trigger allergic conditions. Although conventional treatments are effective, they can result in drug resistance and pose risks to the environment, human health, non-target organisms. Therefore, this study evaluates new botanical extracts for their biological activities against Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Trouessart 1897; Pyroglyphidae), D. farinae (Hughes 1961; Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank 1781; Acaridae), not only control them but also reduce allergens (dead bodies faecal particles) by keeping away. It is noteworthy that of these plants, Allium cepa L. (Alliaceae) Solanum melongena (Solanaceae) peel extracts, as well leaves Hibiscus sabdariffa (Malvaceae), were tested first time present bioacaricides, while Piper nigrum (Piperaceae) H. proved be repellents mite species. Based on LC50 values, A. cepa, Beta vulgaris, S. had most potent toxic effects species, Aloe vera, Capsicum annum, P. strongest repellent activity at highest concentration. These natural plant may have valuable potential acaricidal products.

The indoor home environment plays a crucial role in determining the outcome of respiratory diseases, including asthma. Researchers, clinicians, and patients would benefit from self-reported questionnaires to assess environmental exposures that may impact on health.
