Pseudomonas aeruginosa bloodstream infections (PA BSIs) in adults, especially those complicated by sepsis, are associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality. Early identification risk factors for both mortality sepsis-induced coagulopathy (SIC) is critical to optimizing patient management improving outcomes. We conducted a retrospective analysis 118 adult patients diagnosed PA BSIs at the Affiliated Hospital Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 February 2024. Univariate was employed identify significant clinical factors, followed multivariate stepwise logistic regression determine independent predictors SIC. Based on these findings, nomogram models were constructed evaluated using area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), Bootstrap resampling, calibration plots assess model performance. Empiric sensitive antibiotic therapy (ESAT) (OR = 0.039, P < 0.001), coronary artery disease (CAD) 10.315, 0.010), invasive mechanical ventilation 3.926, 0.020) emerged as In contrast, elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) 1.011, 0.003), procalcitonin (PCT) 1.030, 0.005), lower hemoglobin levels 0.963, 0.004) independently The AUC prediction 0.908, while SIC yielded an 0.817. predictive developed this study demonstrate early BSI patients, which may have potential guide timely therapeutic interventions improve outcomes high-risk population.
